USA Visa Services

According to the E-2 non-immigrant classification, a national of a treaty country (a country which has a commerce and navigation treaty with the United States) is allowed in the United States provided he is investing a substantial amount in a U.S. business. To catalyze the job creation and investment by foreign investors with a concept to improve the U.S. economy, Congress, in 1990, conceived the “EB-5” program, which is an Immigrant Investor Program. The program is currently administered by USCIS. The United States Government issues B-1 visas for those people who temporary visits to the United States for business purposes. RCIC, provides extensive information about the investor/immigration visa and leads the customers throughout the application process with utmost honesty and transparency.

Visa Types

The E‑2 Treaty Investor Visa enables citizens of treaty countries to live and work in the U.S. by investing substantially in a new or existing American business. It’s ideal for entrepreneurs ready to grow their business and move to the U.S. while retaining ties with their home country.

  3. Real, Operating Enterprise
Your business must be active (not a shell) and capable of generating more than enough income to support you and your family.

  4. You Must Develop and Direct
As the investor, you must own at least 50% or possess operational control of the business.

  5. Marginality Rule
The business cannot be “marginal”—it must have the present or future capacity to support more than just you and your immediate family.
