Living and working in Canada is a dream for thousands of skilled professionals around the world. With its world-class infrastructure, excellent healthcare and education systems, and multicultural society, Canada offers a high quality of life along with tremendous career opportunities.
To attract skilled talent from across the globe, the Canadian government introduced the Express Entry system—a simplified and efficient way for skilled workers to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Express Entry is not a visa itself but an online system that manages applications under three main immigration programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Each program is designed to cater to a specific category of professionals and workers, but all operate under a common selection system.
Canada Express Entry uses a points-based Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to evaluate candidates based on various factors such as age, education, work experience, language skills, and adaptability. The higher your CRS score, the better your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
The Express Entry system regularly conducts draws, inviting top-ranking candidates to apply for permanent residency. Once invited, you typically have 60 days to submit your complete application. Successful candidates and their families can live, work, and study anywhere in Canada with permanent resident status.
At RCIC, we guide you through the entire process—from eligibility assessment to final submission—helping you build a strong profile, gather the required documents, and avoid common mistakes. Our expert support ensures your application stands out and increases your chances of success.
Let RCIC be your trusted partner in making your Canadian dream a reality.
British Columbia is home to one of Canada’s fastest-growing tech sectors. With a strong demand for skilled tech workers, the province offers a special immigration pathway known as BC PNP Tech, previously called the Tech Pilot. This stream was created to help BC employers attract international tech talent when local skilled workers are not available.
BC PNP Tech is part of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) and targets individuals with experience in one of 29 eligible tech occupations. It allows qualified candidates to receive faster processing and targeted support without needing a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
Faster processing: Weekly draws invite top tech candidates.
Job offer flexibility: A job offer of at least 1 year is required, but it must have at least 120 days remaining at the time of application.
Employer-driven pathway: Applicants need a valid job offer from a BC employer in a qualifying tech role.
Support for permanent residency: Once nominated, applicants can apply for PR through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
At RCIC, we assist you in navigating the BC PNP Tech process—ensuring your job offer and documents meet the provincial criteria, improving your chances of nomination, and guiding you through the permanent residence application.
British Columbia’s tech industry is booming. If you have the skills, we can help you make BC your new home.
Canada values the essential role that caregivers play in supporting families, children, the elderly, and people with medical needs. To recognize their contribution, the Canadian government offers specific immigration programs that allow qualified caregivers to live and work in Canada—and eventually apply for permanent residence.
The Caregiver Programs are designed for individuals who have experience in providing in-home care. These pathways not only offer employment opportunities but also a chance to bring family members and build a stable life in Canada.
Home Child Care Provider Pilot
Home Support Worker Pilot
Both programs are occupation-specific, not employer-specific. This means once you get a work permit, you are free to work with any employer in your eligible job category. These pilots also offer a clear pathway to permanent residence after gaining enough Canadian work experience (typically 24 months full-time).
A valid job offer in Canada
CLB 5 or higher in English or French
One year of post-secondary education (or foreign equivalent)
Recent and relevant work experience as a caregiver
At RCIC, we support you at every step—from assessing your qualifications and preparing your documents to helping you apply for the right caregiver pilot. Whether you are already in Canada or applying from abroad, our team ensures that your application meets IRCC standards.
Helping others is your profession. Helping you settle in Canada is ours.
Canada encourages innovative entrepreneurs from around the world to bring their business ideas and invest in the country’s growing economy. The Start-Up Visa Program is designed for individuals who have the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that are innovative, can create jobs for Canadians, and compete globally.
This is a unique pathway to permanent residence that allows immigrant entrepreneurs to launch their business while settling with their families in Canada.
To qualify for the Start-Up Visa Program, you must meet the following criteria:
Have a qualifying business idea
Secure a letter of support from a designated Canadian organization (venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator)
Meet language requirements in English or French (CLB 5 minimum)
Show sufficient settlement funds to support yourself and your dependents
Unlike other programs, the Start-Up Visa does not require the business to be successful after arriving in Canada—but the idea must be viable and supported by a credible Canadian business group.

Refine and pitch your business concept
Connect with designated organizations
Prepare a strong application for IRCC
Navigate both immigration and business registration processes

Canada is made up of provinces and territories, each with its own unique labor needs and economic priorities. To help address regional skill shortages, the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to settle and work in a specific part of Canada.
The PNP is ideal for skilled workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs who want to live outside of major urban centers and contribute to local economies. It’s also a great alternative if your profile doesn’t qualify for Express Entry directly.
Each province or territory runs its own PNP with specific eligibility criteria and target occupations. There are two main types of streams:
Base PNP streams: Apply directly to a province and get nominated.
Enhanced PNP streams: Linked to the Express Entry system. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score—greatly boosting your chances of receiving an invitation for permanent residency.
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
British Columbia PNP
Alberta Advantage Immigration Program
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Atlantic Immigration Program (for Maritime provinces)
At RCIC, we help you:
Identify the right PNP based on your background and goals
Prepare and submit a strong application
Handle documentation, job offers, and settlement plans
Choosing the right province is just as important as qualifying. We’re here to guide you from nomination to permanent residence—and beyond.
Canada’s Atlantic region—comprising Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador—is known for its scenic beauty, close-knit communities, and growing job market. To support economic growth and address labor shortages, the federal government launched the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
This program is designed to help designated employers in Atlantic Canada hire foreign skilled workers and international graduates who want to live and work in the region permanently.
The AIP is ideal for:
Skilled foreign workers with a valid job offer from a designated Atlantic employer
International graduates from recognized institutions in Atlantic Canada
Unlike many other immigration programs, the AIP doesn’t require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), making the process simpler and faster for both employers and applicants.
A valid job offer from a designated employer is required
Language proficiency of CLB 5 (or CLB 4 for certain NOC categories)
Proof of funds to support yourself and any accompanying family members
Personalized settlement plan for you and your family
Once endorsed by an Atlantic province, you can apply for permanent residence through IRCC.
We assist in:
Finding designated employers
Reviewing and preparing your application
Developing your settlement plan
Liaising with employers and provincial authorities
If you’re looking for a peaceful lifestyle, career growth, and permanent settlement in Canada’s beautiful east coast, the AIP might be the perfect choice.
Canada believes in balanced growth—not just in big cities, but also in smaller towns and rural areas. To support this vision, the government introduced the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). This program allows skilled foreign workers to settle in smaller Canadian communities that need labor and are committed to welcoming newcomers.
The RNIP is community-driven, meaning the local town or city plays an active role in selecting candidates who are most likely to successfully settle and contribute to the region.
To qualify under RNIP, you must:
Have a valid job offer from an employer in a participating rural community
Meet language, education, and work experience requirements
Intend to live and work in that community permanently
Receive a community recommendation from the local authority
Each participating community sets its own criteria based on local needs, which may include ties to the region, previous visits, or job relevance.
More personalized process with community support
Easier pathway to permanent residence for those who don’t meet high CRS scores
Friendly, affordable communities ideal for families and long-term settlement
RCIC helps you every step of the way—from finding job opportunities and understanding community-specific rules to securing your recommendation and completing your PR application.
Canada’s small towns offer big opportunities. If you’re ready for a fresh start in a welcoming community, RNIP might be the perfect fit.
